Office of Mental Health and Addiction Recovery (OMHAR):
Cleveland Department of Public Health

OMHAR is part of the Health Equity and Social Justice Division of the Cleveland Department of Public Health. OMHAR offers two forms of support to the community:
  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment through the CenterPoint Program
  • Mental Health Resource Support
CenterPoint screens all clients at the time of assessment for SUD, (including Tobacco), Trauma, Gambling, Anxiety, and Depression. CenterPoint is credentialed through the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services Board (OhioMHAS). SUD services include:
  • Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment
  • Case Management
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Group/Individual Counseling
