Jail

Section 5120:1-8-05(D) of the Minimum Standards for Jails in Ohio requires the jail administrator to make regular requests to have the facility inspected by the local health authorities on an annual basis. The Division of Environmental Health annually inspects all jails and detention centers in the City of Cleveland. The inspection is designed to evaluate the cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility.
