Licensure

The City of Cleveland is an approved health District to license facilities within its jurisdiction as it pertains to the safe handling of food.  The State of Ohio requires each food operation to re-apply each year on or before March 1st.   License fees are determined by the manor in which food is handled and prepared.  The list of categories are as follows:
