MomsFirst is a City of Cleveland program that offers case management and home visiting services to pregnant moms until their baby reaches age two. Women who participate in the MomsFirst program will receive health education on topics such as prenatal care, breastfeeding, family planning, and safe sleep. MomsFirst will assist with referrals to meet your needs (insurance, housing, food, education, etc.).

The goal of MomsFirst is to reduce the number of babies that die before they are a year old. MomsFirst wants to help you have a healthy baby.

Current and former participants have so many positive things to say about the program:

“I needed someone to talk to and she was there for me”.

“She helped me with the emotional roller coaster that you go through when you have a baby”.

“My MomsFirst worker helped support me in many ways. Helped me understand my health information and my doctor visits. She just supported me in any way she could. I love my MomsFirst worker; she was just like a mom to me”.
