Employee Wellness Challenges

The Healthy Cleveland Business Council offers quarterly employee wellness challenges that are easy to implement in any size workplace.  Some of our challenges are described below.

Step Up to the Plate
Step Up to the Plate is a 10-week summertime walking challenge for businesses that are members of the Healthy Cleveland Businesses Council. Step Up to the Plate has a baseball theme, and teams of 9 players each compete to score the most homeruns.

The program is based on the goal of 10,000 steps per day. Every time a player walks 10,000 or more steps in a day, he or she scores a homerun for the team.

The next Step Up to the Plate challenge is scheduled for Summer 2008. Contact us to sign up!
