Leadership Team
The mission of the Leadership Team is to define the strategic directions of the Steps to a Healthier Cleveland program, to monitor it and evaluate its impact.
The Leadership Team represents a variety of individuals and organizations with a vested interest in reducing the burden of chronic disease in Cleveland. Each member brings a certain expertise in prevention, health education, health promotion, disease management, health policy and business development.
