Neighborhood Maps

All of Cleveland's 36 diverse neighborhoods have different things to offer when it comes to healthy living.  From recreation centers and stores that sell fresh produce to walking/biking routes and playgrounds, every "community on the move" has assets to help you live a longer, better, healthier life.

In partnership with the Kent State Urban Design Center, Steps to a Healthier Cleveland is working in targeted neighborhoods throughout Cleveland to map these opportunities for healthy living. Contact us to request a Healthy Asset Map for your neighborhood.
