The Office of Communicable Disease Surveillance and Epidemiology (OCDSE) is responsible for conducting statistical analyses to develop epidemiological reports to track disease patterns and the burden of illness within the community. The epidemiological reports are used to inform health officials and the public, in order to select target health interventions and shape health policy.
